Terms and Conditions – Cricket Practice Match Organizer
1. Registration & Participation

All players must register in advance and provide accurate personal details.

Participants must be aged 16 or older, or have parental consent if underage.

Entry fees (if applicable) must be paid before the scheduled match to confirm participation.
2. Code of Conduct

Players must adhere to fair play and sportsmanship at all times.

Abusive language, aggressive behavior, or physical altercations will lead to immediate disqualification and possible ban from future events.

Alcohol, smoking, or drug use is strictly prohibited at the venue.
3. Match Rules

Matches will follow standard cricket rules unless otherwise specified.

The match format (e.g., 10/20 overs, tennis/hard ball) will be communicated in advance.

The organizing team reserves the right to alter match timings, venues, or formats based on weather, ground conditions, or other operational factors.
4. Injuries & Liability

All players participate at their own risk. The organizing company is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to personal property.

Basic first aid will be available on-site, but players are encouraged to have their own insurance if needed.
5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least [e.g., 48 hours] in advance for any refund consideration.

No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit their entry fee.

Matches cancelled due to weather or ground unavailability will be rescheduled; no refunds will be issued for natural disruptions.
6. Media & Photography

By participating, players agree to the use of photos and videos for promotional purposes on social media and marketing materials.

Players must notify the organizer in writing if they do not consent to media use.
7. Team Selection & Management

The company may assist in creating balanced teams for practice matches.

All team-related decisions are final and at the discretion of the organizer or match referee.
8. Ground & Equipment Usage

Players are responsible for the proper use of ground facilities and equipment.

Any damage caused due to negligence may be charged to the individual/team.
9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or complaints must be raised with the event coordinator or match official immediately.

The decision of the organizer or appointed referee will be final and binding.
By registering for or participating in any practice match, all players agree to these terms and conditions.
